Browse Inventory by Subject Categories at Alibris.com

IMPORTANT: Please carefully read all of the following paragraphs before you use the link found after them.

The link will open a new window [which you can close at any time to return here] at Alibris.com. There you can browse my inventory which has been pre-grouped into various subject categories [and sub-categories]. Since the category assignments are done by software, rather than by hand, false matches will sometimes occur. By default, category results are displayed on the basis of price, from lowest to highest [but there is a drop-down menu to resort any already displayed results].

Sometimes, the Alibris software gets "cranky" and won't work properly. For example, the site may display only a portion of the items it indicates should be found in any given category/sub-category. Or you may click on a category/sub-category [or on individual items displayed within them] and be told "Sorry, we don't have that exact item anymore, but we may have others like it". If you get that message, close the window and either try again some other time, or instead use the search engine here: Home Page / Search Inventory, or look through my catalogs here: Browse Catalogs.

If you chose to order through Alibris.com [rather than just view my inventory there but then order directly with me] you will be subject to the item pricing/shipping terms/etc found on that site [rather than the item pricing/shipping terms/etc found on my own site].

Also, if you order through Alibris, they do not supply me with your email address, telephone number, etc. Therefore, if I had any questions about your order, or needed to make or advise you of any adjustments, I might have to decline the order. [For example, orders for items to be shipped by priority mail that won't easily fit into a flat rate envelope]. Nor can I directly help if you happen to have any problems with their system, as it is operated independently by them.

If you contact me about an item through the Alibris system [using either their order system or their email inquiry system], rather than sending me an email directly from you to sfbooks@cox.net, my dealer agreement with Alibris requires that I refer you back there for potential purchase of the item.

Lastly, please note that the book illustrations used by that site are generic, and may not represent either the edition/printing or/and the condition of the actual items next to which they appear.
