This is one of an unknown, but reportedly very small, number of copies that surfaced years ago, from storage in the publisher's archives. The text paper is quite white and fresh, as is the paper stock of the Dust Wrapper. The lack of Dust Wrapper illustration may argue for this being the [or at least one of the] earliest Dust Wrapper variant[s], while the whiteness of the paper stock argues that the text block may be a later variant. The casing [that is, the boards] is consistent with most others that I have seen. Book and Dust Wrapper [white paper, no artwork] both have horizontal, mixed case, silver lettering.
